Quealy Pinot Grigio is sourced from two growers on the Mornington Peninsula that were selected for having soils, rainfall and vine canopies well suited to the Pinot Grigio style.

The grapes arrive at the winery within an hour of being picked, then are gently whole bunch pressed. After settling overnight, the juice is racked off lees and left to begin fermentation naturally. Partial malolactic fermentation follows.

Golden yellow, Quealy Pinot Grigio is a plush, soft wine with ripe stone fruit flavours and discreet acidity. Cellaring potential is three years.
